Price, size and savings Find your bill. Read across.
Most Rewa solar pages hide the price behind a callback form, or quote a national average that means nothing in a Vindhya district town. One table answers the whole question instead. Find your monthly bill on the left, then read across for system size, monthly generation, roof area needed and cost after subsidy.
Indicative Rewa market ranges for 2026, covering Tier-1 modules, a branded inverter, galvanised structure, protection and installation. These are not a Heaven Green quotation. Subsidy amounts are the central PM Surya Ghar figures published on pmsuryaghar.gov.in. Generation assumes a shadow-free, roughly south-facing roof.
Size against units, not rupees. Read the units figure off your last MPPoKVVCL bill rather than the amount payable, because units are what a solar system actually cancels. The rupee total moves with slab rates and arrears. Shadow-free is the other phrase doing real work in that roof column. An overhead tank, a stair cabin or a neighbour's parapet shading the array for two hours a day costs more output than most buyers expect.
The 3 kW cliff is the single most useful fact on this page. Subsidy covers 34 to 42% of a 3 kW system but only 12 to 15% of a 10 kW one, because nothing at all is paid above the third kilowatt. If your bill sits on the border, 3 kW returns more rupees per rupee spent.
A cheap Rewa quote is cheap in the structure, not the panels. Rewa is a district-headquarters market with a thin pool of local installers, so quotes arrive from Satna, Jabalpur and Allahabad as well. Galvanising thickness, cable gauge, earthing and surge protection separate the bottom of each band from the top, and none of it is visible in a one-line price. Demand a written Bill of Materials with make, model and quantity, or you are not comparing prices at all.
Check who carries the warranty claim. A quote from an installer based two districts away is not automatically worse. Still, ask who physically attends if an inverter fails in year six, how long that takes, and whether the annual maintenance contract is written or verbal. In a market this size, the answer to that question is worth more than the last five thousand rupees of discount.
Why there is no rupee saving in that table
There is no rupee saving column in that table, and that is deliberate. The rupee figure depends on the slab rate you personally pay, which is printed on your own bill and differs between consumers and categories. Guessing it here would flatter the payback.
