Gujarat
Our home state and where Heaven Green Energy has operated since 2017. Four distribution licensees — DGVCL, MGVCL, UGVCL and PGVCL — plus Torrent Power in Ahmedabad and Surat city, all regulated by GERC.
Maharashtra
MSEDCL covers almost the entire state, with Adani Electricity, Tata Power and BEST splitting Mumbai and Torrent Power holding the Bhiwandi franchise. MERC sets the net-metering framework.
Madhya Pradesh
Three discoms split the state: MPPKVVCL in the west from Indore, MPMKVVCL in the centre from Bhopal, and MPPoKVVCL in the east from Jabalpur. Filing with the wrong one is the most common mistake we see. MPERC regulates all three.

Which DISCOM handles your net metering?
Your rooftop system's feasibility check, inspection and bidirectional meter all go through one specific distribution company, and an application filed with the wrong one does not get processed. Madhya Pradesh has three. Mumbai alone has three. Here is the full map across our service area.
